Do all puppies have worms?
Not all puppies have roundworms or hookworms, but it is very common for puppies to have either in utero or through their mothers' milk. We usually deworm pups simply to be careful because worm illness is so frequent. Although fecal samples may not reveal parasites, it is so common that it is almost irresponsible not to deworm a puppy.
